Using DocuHeroes

DocuHeroes provides free, browser-based document utilities. You may use these tools for lawful purposes. Do not use the service to violate others' rights, distribute harmful content, or interfere with the site or its operation.

Your documents and responsibilities

You are responsible for the files you select, the rights you have to use them, and checking all results before relying on or sharing them. Keep backups of important originals. Our tools may alter layout, appearance, metadata, accessibility, or formatting. Do not assume that covering text with shapes permanently removes sensitive information.

Signatures and legal documents

Visual signatures placed using our tools are not identity verification, notarization, or a guarantee of legal validity. Requirements vary by document and jurisdiction. DocuHeroes does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep core tools free, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Optional support contributions are not required to use the free tools; donations and advertising are not currently active.

No warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DocuHeroes is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on converted, edited, or signed documents, or from temporary unavailability of the site. This does not limit liability where such limits are prohibited by law.
